Ways to Deposit

For EUR deposits, you can use Visa or Mastercard, bank payments via Pay via Bank or RPDT, Paysafecard, or the e-wallets MiFinity, Skrill and Neteller. Cryptocurrencies are available too. Your available methods depend on your account, and withdrawal options may differ.

Deposit with Visa or Mastercard

When paying by card, confirm the amount and authorise the transaction with your card provider. If your bank requires an extra approval step, complete it in your banking app or the confirmation window provided.

Per EUR deposit: €20 to €750, with 0% commission. The name on your card statement may differ from the casino name.

Deposit with MiFinity

Pay using your MiFinity e-wallet if it's available for your account. Select MiFinity in the cashier, enter the amount and confirm the payment with MiFinity.

Per EUR deposit: €10 to €2’500, with 0% commission. You'll also need to provide your email address for MiFinity.

Deposit with cryptocurrency

For crypto deposits, the currency, network and receiving address must match the details shown in the cashier. If a memo or tag is required, include that with your payment too.

Sending funds on the wrong network or to the wrong address can result in the loss of your money.

EUR Deposit Limits

These amounts apply to individual EUR deposits. Different minimums and maximums may apply depending on your account, payment provider and account currency. Personal deposit limits can further restrict the available amounts.

Your Personal Deposit Limit

A personal deposit limit caps how much money you can deposit. A payment method's maximum, on the other hand, limits the amount you can deposit in a single transaction. Set your own budget based on what you can afford to lose.

CHF, Payment Currencies and Costs

When using a Swiss bank account, card or wallet, several currencies may be involved: your payment method's currency, the transaction currency and your casino account currency.

Swiss Francs and Euros

A charge in CHF doesn't automatically mean your gaming balance is held in CHF. If you pay in a different currency from your payment method's currency, your bank or wallet may convert the amount. Your casino account currency determines the currency of your gaming balance.

Exchange Rates and Fees

For currency conversions, your bank or payment provider's exchange rate may apply, along with any fees they charge. This means the amount charged to your payment method may differ from the deposit amount in your account currency.

A EUR limit remains in euros even if your card or wallet is denominated in CHF. Your bank or wallet may convert the amount and charge fees.

TWINT, PostFinance and Paysafecard

With Paysafecard, you can deposit between €15 and €1’000 in EUR using its 16-digit code. For TWINT and PostFinance, deposits are only possible when the relevant method is available for your account. Having a Swiss card or bank account alone does not make those methods available.

If you can't find a particular method, our support team can help you check which payment options are available for your account.

Deposit Not Received?

Our support team is available around the clock via live chat and at [email protected]. Provide the amount, currency, time of payment, method and transaction reference so we can identify your payment.

Payment declined

Missing bank authorisation, a payment limit or a rejection by your payment provider may prevent a payment. If your payment method has already been charged, have the status checked before depositing the same amount again.

Charged but balance missing

A charge to your bank account or wallet does not always mean the payment is complete. Our support team can investigate using your payment reference. Another deposit will not speed up the checks on the first one.

Crypto payment pending

The transaction hash, currency and network help us trace crypto payments. Network confirmations may be needed before a crypto deposit is credited. Never share your wallet private key or recovery phrase.

Deposits and Withdrawals

You also request withdrawals through the cashier. Your account must be verified first. A method available for deposits is not automatically available for withdrawals. Processing times depend on the method you choose and account verification, among other factors.

An active bonus may affect a withdrawal. Wagering requirements, deadlines and possible bonus cancellation are governed by the terms of the relevant promotion.

Payment FAQs

What payment methods can I use at Spinzen?

For EUR deposits, we offer Visa/Mastercard, Pay via Bank, Paysafecard, MiFinity, Skrill, Neteller and RPDT, as well as cryptocurrencies. Availability depends on your account. Not every deposit method can also be used for withdrawals.

What is the minimum deposit?

For EUR deposits, the minimum is €10 with Pay via Bank and MiFinity, €15 with Paysafecard, Skrill, Neteller and RPDT, and €20 with Visa/Mastercard. The first deposit bonus requires at least €20 and the additional 150 free spins require at least €50. Personal limits may further restrict the amounts available.

Can I deposit in CHF at Spinzen?

Whether CHF is available for your payment or casino account depends on your account and payment method. A CHF charge to a Swiss card doesn't automatically mean your gaming balance is in CHF. If currencies differ, your bank or wallet may convert the amount.

Can I deposit using TWINT or PostFinance?

You can only use TWINT or PostFinance if the relevant method is available in the cashier for your account. If it isn't listed, you can't start a deposit with it. Having a Swiss bank account alone is not enough.

Can I deposit with Paysafecard?

Yes, if Paysafecard is available for your account. For EUR deposits, the minimum is €15 and the maximum is €1’000 per transaction, with 0% commission. You'll need the 16-digit Paysafecard code.

Are there any deposit fees?

Our commission is 0% for EUR deposits using Visa/Mastercard, Pay via Bank, Paysafecard, MiFinity, Skrill, Neteller and RPDT. Your bank or wallet may charge its own fees, especially for currency conversion. Crypto network fees may also apply.

How long does a deposit take?

That depends on your payment method and payment confirmation. Cryptocurrencies may also require network confirmations. If your payment method has been charged but your balance hasn't been credited, support can investigate using the amount, time and transaction reference.

Can I deposit on my phone?

Yes. Open the cashier in your Spinzen account in your mobile browser and select an available method. You don't need a separate app.

Does my account need to be verified before a withdrawal?

Yes. Account verification must be completed before you withdraw. If you have questions about the documents required, contact our support team via live chat or at [email protected].
